Once you’ve sent the “Let’s Chat” form you’ll receive an invitation to book a complimentary 30 minute consultation to answer any questions you have and check this is the right service for you.

WEBSITE ROADMAP
Before we start our two-week design window, I’ll get to know your business and customers in a 1-hour strategy session, so I can provide guidance around the best content and layout to achieve your goals. I’ll discuss your design preferences and branding.

WEBSITE CONTENT PREPARATION
With your Website Roadmap and Bright Avenue “Copywriting and Content Blueprint” to hand, you’ll gather the content and write the copy for your website. This needs to be sent over prior to the design weeks.
If you’ve chosen the Copywriting Service I’ll complete this work for you.

WEBSITE DESIGN - WEEK ONE
I’ll take your content, images, and branding - and create your beautiful new online home. You’ll receive the first draft to review by the end of the week.

WEBSITE DESIGN - WEEK TWO
During the second week, I’ll complete revisions until you are happy with your final website designs - making sure your new online home perfectly matches your requirements..

WEBSITE LAUNCH
It’s time to launch!
You’ll receive a 1-hour (recorded) training session on your new website plus a further 30 days support for peace of mind. I’ll help you connect your domain.. and then you’re ready to go.

Squarespace is a hugely popular web design platform.
I’ve chosen to design in Squarespace as it allows business owners to take ownership of your website in-house rather than relying on an agency. Its main benefits are that it is secure, easy-to-manage once I hand over the site and - even more importantly - the ongoing support from Squarespace is fantastic. They are so helpful, it’s like having an in-house IT department. Honestly.
If you choose the copywriting service - I will take care of writing all the words on your website. Whilst copywriting is a collaborative process, and the messages will be completely in line with your business goals - after the strategy call, you can relax whilst I complete word magic and create your shiny new words across your website. If you’re short on time, or struggling to find the words you need - this is a great option for you.
By joining up the design and writing process, you’ll have a far more holistic website message to help you reach your business goals and standout online.
I do! Payment is spread across three installments. The first payment is to reserve your design slot, the second is due at the start of the design period and the third is before website ownership is transferred to you.
