fresh, modern website redesign for an virtual assistant
Circuit Assist - Virtual Assistant
Service: the glow-up Day
live website: view here
Circuit Assist are a fast-growing specialist medical Virtual Assistant agency. When founder, Rachel Circuit, first got in touch, she wasn’t happy with her current website. Her first email said:
‘I know my website is bland and meh. I want it to have razzmatazz and wow! Your portfolio looks light and airy with white space looking intentional instead of just 'left blank' and I really like that.’
When we spoke, Rachel explained more about what she was looking for in her website redesign. She wanted to create a site that felt calm, expert and compassionate to reflect the care and expertise that Circuit Assist brings to their work. A big part of this was to help visitors understand the unique support a medical VA can offer.
Rachel had an established Squarespace website so booked the Glow-up Day.
During our Strategy Session, we discussed what I would prioritise during the day. This included:
✢ Introducing a dedicated ‘Working with a Specialist Medical VA’ page - because this is such a niche area, we wanted to give people a place to find clear, helpful guidance and answers to the questions they often have.
✢ Adding a few fun, bright graphics throughout the site to reflect Rachel’s friendly, playful personality (because professionalism and personality can absolutely go hand in hand!).
✢ Launching a brand new blog, giving Rachel a space to share insights, advice, and helpful resources for medical professionals who are curious about how this kind of support can work for them.
Since launching, Rachel has received lots of enquiries, as well as compliments on her website redesign - the skies the limit for Circuit Assist!
I can’t recommend Rachel enough for her skills, knowledge, and abilities.
I wasn’t really sure what I wanted other than layers, intentional white space, and for it to breath. And just look at what she did with such minimal information. A thing of beauty. I can’t stop scrolling around and looking at it!
