Step 1:
Strategy & planning
We’ll begin with a strategy session to uncover your business goals, audience, and present and future plans for your business.
We’ll discuss the best template to use as the foundation for your website, and if you’d like any expansion packs at this point.
Step 2:
Content creation
You’ll receive your Content Planner to help you collate and create the content for your website. This guides you through the full content creation for your website, and I’m on hand to answer any questions.
Step 3:
Template customisation
Using your chosen template, I’ll work my magic to make it truly yours. I’ll input your content, and make sure every detail is tailored to your brand - from colour palettes to imagery. You’ll receive your completed website and have one round of revisions to make sure you are completely happy with your new digital home.

I’ve chosen to design in Squarespace as it allows business owners to take ownership of your website in-house rather than relying on an agency.
Squarespace is a hugely popular web design platform. Its main benefits are that it is secure, easy-to-update once I hand over the site and - even more importantly - the ongoing support from Squarespace is fantastic. They are so helpful, it’s like having an in-house IT department. Honestly.

Absolutely! While you can start with the foundational pages included in your package, you’re welcome to add expansion packs right away if you have specific needs, such as a blog, portfolio, or shop. I’ll ensure everything integrates seamlessly.

The semi-custom design process is much faster than a fully custom website. From our initial strategy session to launch, it typically takes a week, depending on your availability for feedback.

Absolutely! Squarespace is incredibly user-friendly, and I’ll provide you with guidance so you (or your VA) can confidently make updates on your own. If you prefer, you can always book a Website Focus Day for additional support down the line - these are exclusively for previous clients.

Before we begin, I’ll need your branding assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.), professional copy for your website pages, and high-quality images. Don’t worry—I'll guide you through exactly what’s needed!
If you don’t have branded assets I can create you a website style sheet with core branding for £350, or I can recommend some brilliant branding agencies.

Alternatively, I offer exclusive Website Focus Days and half-days to all Bright Avenue clients. These are perfect if you want to refresh your site, add new content/features, or just need a little help to work through your website to-do list.
Website Focus Days are priced at £375 (or £187.50 for a half day session).
